Worked with Hamilton on T@B. We were able to take one for a test drive, and upon discussion, decided to put down payment on a new 320. He was informative, low key, and allowed us to gain the knowledge to decide on a purchase. Also worked with Tom Watts, but were not ready to make a decision at that time. Both are an asset to Haydocy.

We purchased a 2019 tab cs-s in June our first trailer. Our salesman Hamilton was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We drove 6 hours to purchase our tab and the drive was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Haydock if you are considering purchasing a nucamp trailer.

Bought first travel trailer ever here. The staff was informative, and patient with all our questions! Excited to own a slightly used Airstream, and so appreciated the service staff for demonstrating the winterization process, use and how to's of the Anderson hitch, and the time the sales and service crew took to demo and explain everything! Had a glitch with post office delivering check, management came up with a fair solution so we could bring home as scheduled. Thanks Tom for all your help in this process!! Highly recommend this dealership!

Just bought an Airstream Flying Cloud and we could not be happier with the experience. Tom, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal with. We had tons of questions and he was very patient with us. When he was not absolutely sure of an answer, he quickly verified and let us know. Johnny, our RV technician, was amazing. He was patient, courteous, and a real expert. Tom and Johnny spent about 2 hours with us teaching us as many details as we could possibly absorb. They graciously allowed us to video the whole demo in case we forgot anything. Johnny gave us a long lesson in hitching up and unhitching and repeated everything until we got it right. They went over every detail, inside and outside, and showed us exactly how everything worked. We came from out of state to buy from Haydocy, as the model we wanted was not available at any local dealership. They knew we were not likely to return for service (and we shouldn't need to buy again for many years) and they treated us like family. While the long walk-through may be a standard with Airstream dealerships, the levels of graciousness and courtesy were outstanding at Haydocy.

I first started looking at RV's when I met Bruce Miller at the Columbus Home Show in February, 2015. It was a long journey before purchasing my 16 ft Sport in October! Everyone was kind, well educated on the product, helpful, and most of all patient! Every time I visited the dealership there was something new to learn, and never pressure to make a decision. In fact, I changed my mind several times on which camper I was leaning towards, and each time Bruce gave it his full attention. The one negative note was when I picked the camper up, there were a couple of things that needed to be addressed. One was fixed quickly, the other needed a part ordered. Unfortunately I have not heard from them regarding the part, and when we discovered another issue, it was 2 1/2 weeks before we could get it in. Lucky for the parts department, the sales area rocked it enough to not lose a star over it :)

I was part of the Go RVing at the Country Living Fair in Columbus, OH and couldn't get my fridge to run on propane. I asked Mike who was there with Haydocy if he would take a look at it when he had a chance. He took the time right then and found I had a leak in my tank connectors, he turned it off and said he would be back and fix it. Sure enough he did, he even drove to Dayton to get an extra part and fixed it right there at the CLF. I found out the next day when I went to their Camper College and to pay for the parts at their dealership that Mike was the general manager. When I upgrade or need service I will drive to Columbus, OH from Covington, KY because they care about their customers and offer great deals on RV's!

Absolutely 5 star Service Department!

We bought our new RV somewhere else and are completely new to campers so we needed someone to de-winterize it for us. We called the place where we bought it at and could not get a hold of the service department, after leaving 3 messages and not hearing back we decided to call Haydocy.

Immediately got in touch with Kyle and he was very accomodating in seeing us the same day.

Kyle personally took care of us, showing us and explaining everything he was doing. He also went out of his way to answer questions we had and gave us several tips on everything!
